Yes. We aim to assign the same Home Reset Specialist to your family whenever possible so your routines remain consistent.

For toy sanitisation, we use baby-safe antimicrobial products you can trust around little ones. For all other reset tasks, we use your household's own dedicated cleaning products — which means we follow your preferences, respect any allergies or sensitivities, and never introduce a product into your home that you haven't chosen.

For the same reason, we ask that each household provides its own vacuum cleaner, mop, and basic cleaning tools. This keeps everything strictly hygienic: your equipment stays in your home and is never shared between households, so there's no risk of anything being carried in from somewhere else. You can note your products and any preferences during your Day One Home Visit, and we'll follow them for every session.

Yes. School pick-up is available as an optional service for families who require additional support.

For your child's safety, a parent or authorised guardian must accompany our assigned specialist on the first 3 days of school pick-up to familiarise them with the school's collection procedures, collection point, preferred route home, and any important instructions.

By engaging this service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with school pick-up and confirm that you are comfortable with the arrangement. Parents are responsible for ensuring that the assigned specialist is properly authorised to collect the child and that all information and instructions provided are accurate and up to date.

School pick-up services are subject to the school's collection policies, parent authorisation, and the assigned specialist's availability.

Families may choose the access arrangement that works best for them. Whether you are present during visits or provide access while away, all information and household preferences are treated confidentially.

What if something goes missing?

For everyone's protection, we recommend that cash, jewellery, important documents, and other valuables are kept securely stored during Home Reset visits.

While FreshHausCare is not liable for the loss of unsecured valuables or personal belongings, we take any concerns seriously. If an item is believed to be missing, please let us know promptly and we will investigate the matter as quickly as possible.

We take care when working in your home. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24hrs so we can investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

Yes. Every specialist who works in your home is engaged through our licensed service partner — a registered operation, never an informal hire. Each specialist is vetted and background-screened before they're assigned, and is covered under the partner's public liability and work-injury insurance for every session. There's a real layer of accountability and cover behind each visit, not just a handshake.

On top of that, FreshHausCare vets each partner and works with them directly before they ever step into your home — so the standard you experience is one we've checked ourselves. And wherever possible, we keep the same specialist assigned to your household, so it's a familiar, trusted person who returns each time — never a stranger.
